If you are a competitive body builder, DACSPOT probably is not the best site for you. If you need to lose 20 pounds for your wedding by next month, DACSPOT probably is not the site for you. These are extreme fitness needs. I could probably help you with them. But I don’t want to. There are extreme trainers on other sites who can and will help you.
D. Allen Cook, M.S., is a certified health & wellness coach, personal trainer, and group exercise instructor. He previously worked several years at the YMCA of Greater San Antonio. He trained at the prestigious Cooper Institute® campus in Dallas, Texas, becoming a Certified Personal Trainer. He earned the unique Health Coach certification from the American Council on Exercise®. He is a certified Cancer Survivor Exercise Program Instructor and holds the Strength & Conditioning Certification, both from the YMCA of the USA. D. Allen Cook has additional specialized training in functional & practical modalities; strength training for fat loss; and exercise programming for military, police, fire, and emergency services. A retired military policeman, he is a decorated veteran of the first Gulf War. He is also a trained and experienced educator, having been a long-time military trainer and classroom teacher at both the high school and college levels. He graduated summa cum laude from Midwestern State University, Wichita Falls, Texas, and earned a Masters degree, with honors, at the University of North Texas–Denton.
