If you are a competitive athlete, DACSPOT probably is not the site for you. If you need to lose 20 pounds for your wedding by next month, DACSPOT probably is not the site for you. These are extreme fitness requirements. I could probably help you with them. But I don’t want to. There are extreme trainers on other sites who can and will help you.


D. Allen Cook, M.S., is a certified personal trainer living in San Antonio, Texas. He trained at, and was certified by, the prestigious Cooper Institute® of Dallas, Texas. He is also a Health Coach, certified by the American Council on Exercise®. A retired military policeman, he is a decorated veteran of the Gulf War. He is also an experienced educator, having taught at both the high school and college levels. He graduated summa cum laude from Midwestern State University and earned his Masters degree, with honors, at the University of North Texas.
