About

Welcome to my health and wellness blog. My mission here is to do my best to sort through the fitness science for you, to peel away the layers of fads and gimmicks, and to deliver sound advice on nutrition and exercise that will change your life for good, forever. If you are a competitive athlete, DACSPOT probably is not the site for you. If you need to lose 20 pounds for your wedding by next month, DACSPOT probably is not the site for you. These are extreme fitness requirements. I could probably help you with them. But I don’t want to. There are extreme trainers on other sites who can and will help you.
